We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Order edit/cancelation

Although we know you are going to love Proda as much as we do, if you change you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@drinkproda.com with subject line CANCEL/MODIFY Order #XXXXX and our wonderful support team will try to accommodate your request, however, once an order is placed we cannot guarantee modifications. 

Damages

Oh no! Although we try our best to deliver all orders in perfect condition, sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to us at info@drinkproda.com with subject line “DAMAGED Order #XXXXX” and include a photo of the damage within 48 hours of having received your order.
