This Shipping Policy applies to eligible direct purchases and subscription orders placed through drinkproda.com. A purchase completed directly on Amazon.com is governed by the shipping terms shown on Amazon.
1. Service Area
We currently ship direct orders to valid delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship direct orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other United States territories, or international destinations. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for an address, we cannot accept the order for direct shipment.
2. Pack and Case Quantities
One case contains 12 cans. Online quantities are currently offered as:
- 1 case: 12 cans
- 2 cases: 24 cans
- 3 cases: 36 cans
- 4 cases: 48 cans
The rates below are total shipping charges for eligible consumer 12-can cases shipping together at the corresponding case count. They are not per-case charges. Other products, including wholesale products, may have separate shipping charges. The amount accepted at checkout is the amount charged for that order.
3. Standard Shipping
Standard shipping has an estimated delivery speed of 3 to 5 business days after the order enters fulfillment. The estimate excludes weekends and holidays and is not a guarantee.
Buy at least two eligible PRODA consumer 12-can cases and get free Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. You can mix eligible flavors and variety packs. Amazon Prime membership is not required for this Standard shipping offer.
| Eligible quantity shipping together | Total Standard shipping charge |
|---|---|
| 1 case / 12 cans | $14.65 |
| 2 or more cases / 24 or more cans | Free |
The offer applies to qualifying one-time and subscription purchases. Eligible case quantities determine qualification; a product discount does not reduce the number of eligible cases. Wholesale products and other nonqualifying items do not count toward the two-case minimum and may have separate shipping charges. See Section 7 for subscription terms.
4. Estimated 2-Day Shipping
Estimated 2-day shipping has an estimated delivery speed of 2 business days after the order enters fulfillment. This is not a guaranteed delivery service. The free Standard shipping offer does not make 2-day shipping free. Availability and the charge are determined at checkout.
| Order quantity | Total estimated 2-day shipping charge |
|---|---|
| 1 case / 12 cans | $16.69 |
| 2 cases / 24 cans | $23.72 |
| 3 cases / 36 cans | $31.35 |
| 4 cases / 48 cans | $39.64 |
5. Eligible Prime Delivery
An eligible Amazon Prime member may receive free Prime delivery on an eligible direct order with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $100 or more when the option is offered and Prime eligibility is successfully verified at checkout. Eligibility, merchandise subtotal, and the available delivery promise are determined at checkout.
Prime eligibility and benefits are not transferable. We do not guarantee that every product, address, order, customer, or subscription renewal will qualify. An Amazon service may communicate with you about Prime eligibility or fulfillment for an eligible order.
6. Fulfillment and Carriers
Direct orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, an eligible Prime-related fulfillment service, Amazon Logistics, or another carrier or fulfillment provider selected for the order. A provider may divide one order into multiple shipments. A split shipment does not create an additional shipping charge beyond the amount accepted at checkout unless you separately authorize it.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can change because of weather, network capacity, holidays, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Shipping Charges, Taxes, and Subscriptions
The shipping charge accepted at checkout applies to that order. Taxes, discounts, and eligible merchandise subtotal are calculated separately as shown at checkout. If a checkout display conflicts with this Policy, the checkout amount controls for that order.
For new subscription purchases, the Standard shipping offer is available for an eligible delivery containing at least two qualifying consumer 12-can cases. Cases scheduled for different delivery dates or separate shipments may be assessed separately. A later delivery containing only one qualifying case may have a shipping charge. Review the shipping terms and charges shown for your subscription before confirming a purchase or change.
This Policy does not automatically change the shipping charges agreed to under an existing subscription contract. The delivery address, quantity, available service, and terms applicable to that subscription determine its shipping charges. Contact us if you need help understanding or changing an existing subscription.
A Subscribe & Save discount applies to eligible product prices, not to shipping charges or taxes, unless an offer expressly states otherwise. Prime-related delivery is not promised for a future renewal unless it is expressly confirmed for that renewal.
8. Address Accuracy and Order Changes
Enter a complete and accurate delivery address and review it before submitting an order. To request a change, email Info@drinkproda.com immediately with your order number and "CANCEL/MODIFY" in the subject line. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee a change after an order is placed or released to fulfillment.
If a shipment is returned, delayed, or lost because an address supplied with the order was incomplete or incorrect, contact us. We will explain the available options before any additional reshipment charge is accepted.
9. Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues
Delivery speeds are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. If tracking shows an unusual delay, failed delivery, or delivery that you cannot locate, contact us at Info@drinkproda.com with the order number. We may need to work with the fulfillment provider or carrier before determining the available resolution.
10. Damage in Transit
If a product arrives damaged, contact Info@drinkproda.com promptly, preferably within 48 hours after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping package and damaged product if available. Keep the package and product until we complete our review or tell you they may be discarded. A delayed report does not waive a right that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
11. Returns and Refunds
Review our Refund Policy for return, refund, and order-change terms. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
12. Contact
